FOR SEVERAL MINUTES WHEN YOU PRESS ANY OF THE PAY
MENT BUTTONS.

- Identify: 5 second pause on change screen occurs when processing any tenders.

- Repair: Replaced hard drive as directed by Wendy's help desk. No difference in results as suspected. Attempt to run a network cable directly from terminal to hub. Had to use a crossover connector to connect two 15 ft. cables. hub is auto switch therefore should communicate ok. Concerned about multi break.

Work with Julie at Wendy's help desk. Run through possibilities of what problem could be after others changing many parts, hub two times, completly swapping terminals with other terminals. Once we evaluated the process of the transaction and studied all variables involved, I suggested I take a look at the cash drawer because that is the one part that always is impacted by a tendering transaction. Result after swapping cables then getting a new cash drawer was that the cash drawer fixed the issue.

- Test: Tested with Al the manager. Al said emphatically, "It's fixed!" I told him that I would create a PM to come by on Monday to see if Al is satisfied with the fix and see if there are any other issues I can help with.

- Additional comments:

- Closing Remarks: Ticket closed by fixing with cash drawer replacement. Al (manager) signed off on closing the ticket. He will test over weekend to make sure he is comfortable with the system and that the problem does not reoccur. POS# 4 operational and functioning normal.
